SPACE is an interactive web-based investment tool developed by New Age Alpha LLC (NAA) that permits an investment professional (such as a
registered investment advisor) to select a desired investment strategy for the professional’s client. At all times, the investment
professional, and not NAA, is responsible for determining the initial and ongoing suitability of any investment strategy for the
investment professional’s underlying client. The professional’s client shall not rely on NAA for any such initial or subsequent
review or determination. Rather, to the contrary, at all times the professional shall remain exclusively responsible for same.
The information conveyed on the SPACE platform is not intended or deemed to be investment advice. See more about SPACE below and
Release and Hold Harmless at the end of this Important Disclosure Information.
NAA has relied, and shall continue to rely, on the investment professional’s knowledge and experience to understand the inherent limitations
of the performance presentation, including those pertaining to hypothetical performance. All performance presentations, including hypothetical
performance, are the direct result of the investment professional’s request, independent of NAA. Depending upon the investment professional’s
direction and selection, hypothetical presentations can include both NAA and non-NAA indexes. The below discussion as to the material limitations
of hypotheticals apply to both NAA and non-NAA indexes.
SPACE content is intended for the investment professional only and is not to be shared with an underlying client unless in conjunction with
a meeting between the investment professional and its client in a one-on-one setting. NAA assumes that no hypothetical
performance-related content will be provided directly to the professional’s client without the accompanying consultation and explanation by
the professional. The content is intended to assist the professional in evaluating the appropriate investment strategy for the professional’s client.
Past performance may not be indicative of future results. Therefore, it should not be assumed that future performance of any specific investment
or investment strategy, will be profitable, equal any historical index or blended index performance level(s), or prove successful. You cannot
invest directly in an index. Therefore, historical index results do not reflect the deduction of transaction and custodial charges, or the
deduction of an investment management fee, the incurrence of which would have the effect of decreasing indicated historical performance results.
Hypothetical/Material Limitations- performance reflects hypothetical back-tested results that were achieved by means of the retroactive application of a back-tested portfolio and, as such, the corresponding results have inherent limitations, including: (a) the performance results do not reflect the results of actual trading using investor assets, but were achieved by means of the retroactive application of information (as currently comprised), aspects of which may have been designed with the benefit of hindsight; (b) back tested performance may not reflect the impact that any material market or economic factors might have had on NAA’s (or the investment professional’s) investment decisions for the index; and, correspondingly; (c) had NAA tracked the index to manage actual client assets (or had the investment professional tracked the index to manage actual client assets) during the corresponding time periods, actual performance results could have been materially different for various reasons including variances in the investment management fee incurred, transaction dates, rebalancing dates (increases account turnover), market fluctuation, tax considerations (including tax-loss harvesting-increases account turnover), and the date on which a client engaged the investment management services. The accuracy of the information is materially reliant on the integrity of the information utilized in the calculations, including any assumptions and or interpretations made by the user about the data. Data discrepancies, user assumptions, and data input by user, can all contribute to differing outcomes. The underlying assumptions and processes presented herein are subject to change. Furthermore, any Expectation Risk Factor score referenced herein is a snapshot taken at a particular point in time and any analysis or information contained in such score is outdated and should not be relied upon as investment advice as such information may have materially changed since publication. The methodology is applied to over 8,000 global stocks, ETFs and indexes and is intended to provide a variety of options. Investments not included in SPACE may have characteristics similar or superior to those being analyzed.
ESG Portfolios/Socially Responsible Investing Limitations. To the extent applicable to the index chosen by the investment professional, Socially Responsible Investing involves the incorporation of Environmental, Social and Governance considerations into the investment due diligence process (“ESG”). There are potential limitations associated with allocating a portion of an investment portfolio in ESG securities (i.e., securities that have a mandate to avoid, when possible, investments in such products as alcohol, tobacco, firearms, oil drilling, gambling, etc.). The number of these securities may be limited when compared to those that do not maintain such a mandate. ESG securities could underperform broad market indices. Investors must accept these limitations, including potential for underperformance. As with any type of investment, there can be no assurance that investment in ESG securities or funds will be profitable or prove successful. All ESG data is sourced, provided and calculated by Thomson Reuters/Refinitiv. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted to serve as an endorsement of SPACE by Thomson Reuters or Refinitiv. More information about the ESG methodology used herein is available upon request.
We understand that users may use SPACE to address certain tax optimization situations. Please be advised that:
- NAA is not a CPA and this is not tax advice;

NAA expressly reserves the right to terminate any use of the SPACE platform at any time for any reason. By using SPACE, the user certifies to NAA that its use of SPACE will not be used for any banned activities or illegal purposes.
Lastly, please be advised, without limitation, NAA shall not be liable for Losses resulting from or in any way arising out of (i) any action of the investor or its previous advisers or other agents, (ii) force majeure or other events beyond the control of NAA, including without limitation any failure, default or delay in performance resulting from computer or other electronic or mechanical equipment failure, unauthorized access, strikes, failure of common carrier or utility systems, severe weather or breakdown in communications not reasonably within the control of NAA, inaccuracy or incompleteness of any third-party data, or other causes commonly known as “acts of God,” or (iii) general market conditions. Under no circumstances shall NAA be liable for consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages, punitive damages, or lost profits or reputational harm. Additionally, the responsibility solely rests on the “master user” of SPACE at each independent firm, and NOT NAA, to close out any associated users who may terminate at any time.

conditions and this should not be construed as research, securities recommendations or investment advice. Investors are urged to
consult with their financial advisors before buying or selling any securities. Any forecasts or predictions are subject to high
levels of uncertainty that may affect actual performance. Accordingly, all such predictions should be viewed as merely representative

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Current and future results may be lower or higher than those shown. An investor in
the strategy may experience a loss. Information contained herein does not reflect the actual performance of the strategy. All research
and data is simulated and should not be considered indicative of the skill of New Age Alpha. You cannot invest directly in an index.
This presentation does not include the deduction of any fees and expenses because an index does not have any such fees or expenses,
such as management fees or transactions costs. Investments in securities will generally include fees and expenses that will decrease
investment returns. The performance results reflect the reinvestment of dividends and interest.
Data for the First Value Date through the Live Date is hypothetical, annualized and back-tested. Back-tested performance is provided for
informational purposes to indicate historical performance had the strategy been available over the relevant period. New Age Alpha’s
back-tested and hypothetical results do not represent the results of actual trading using client assets but
were achieved by means of the retroactive application of the strategy's investment methodology that was designed with the benefit
of hindsight. Thus, the simulated performance results noted herein should not be considered indicative of the skill of New Age Alpha
and are not representative of the actual performance results that are or could be attained by clients of New Age Alpha. There are
numerous factors related to the markets in general or the implementation of any investment strategy, which cannot be fully accounted
for in the preparation of hypothetical results. All of these factors can adversely affect actual performance results, including but
not limited to: market liquidity, general levels of interest rates, and the effect of the relevant markets of political, economic or
other external events. The results do not necessarily reflect the impact that any material market or economic factors may have had on the strategy.
On this website, unless otherwise noted, risk refers to the risk that comes from reliance on market information sourced from human
subjective interpretation of data to derive or forecast performance (“Risk”). Risk does not refer to traditional market risk, but the
risk that stock prices are affected by human biases. This creates a Risk that investors are not compensated for taking, the Risk is
referred to as the Expectation Risk Factor (ERF)TM . If all other factors remain the same, investors in portfolios designed to avoid
this Risk, or in other words the Expectation Risk Factor (ERF)TM, may experience better returns because they have minimized the costs
of human error. There can be no guarantee that the application of the Expectation Risk Factor (ERF)TM to investment portfolios or certain
stock or securities can produce profitable results. Results are not guaranteed.
Any performance or projections discussed are not guaranteed in any way. Past performance is not indicative or a guarantee of future returns.
Information related to projections, returns, estimated additional returns, increases in portfolio values, performance, outperformance,
market risk or Risk forecasts are estimates only. Hypothetical or simulated examples including charts and tables herein are for
illustrative purposes only, are subject to limitations and do not reflect actual trading or investment results and therefore do not
account for market risks, economic conditions, taxes, fees or expenses market risks associated therewith. Estimated returns are a
combination of current returns, historical or simulated returns and projections on future return trends. Investments entail the
acceptance of risk of a loss of capital invested. Such losses are not reflected in illustrations, images, simulated performance or returns.
The comments, opinions, and estimates contained on this website are based on, or derived from publicly available information from sources
believed to be reliable. However, we do not guarantee their accuracy. The performance information presented has not been audited or
verified by an independent accounting firm. This hypothetical performance, if any, is provided for informational purposes only and sets
forth our views as of this date. The underlying assumptions, and these views are subject to change. There is no guarantee that the
